heartbeat of the tragedy

Notes

"Why is it that the beautiful things are entwined more deeply with death than with life?" A mix for Kaneki Ken's descent into monstrosity and weakening grip on reality. Tracklist: http://mushishi-mori.tumblr.com/post/124302099750/

I really like this playlist! I love the way it fits to kanekis situation while I really enjoy the music. I really like music that sound a bit surreal/sad/haunting (I'm not a native English speaker so I may have express myself a bit weird, hope you still understand). Anyways a really nice playlist! :)

shoot! i forgot to comment on this the first time i listened to it... honestly, i am IN LOVE with this playlist, though! i absolutely adore the vibe, and i'm surprised because i've never heard of any of these songs before, nor the artists (except for maroon 5, but i had no idea that cover existed!). just, seriously, excellent job. even though it's not in order anymore (thanks 8tracks policy) i'm still enjoying listening to this for a 2nd time. =v=

HAHA i forgot once upon a dream was on this playlist! ... okay, i haven't heard of MOST of the songs on here. :P

@fishpun Thank you so much!! I'm really glad you're enjoying it! I added a link to the track list in case you ever want to see the original order I intended, to mirror his devolution. I'm glad most of these tracks are new music for you, I love discovering new songs!

@fishpun Oh yeah, I thought the "Once Upon a Dream" and "Pure Imagination" fit really well for his hallucinations around the time he was in the Tokyo underground. c:
