I made this mix to help me out of a bad mood/sort out some feelings on my mental health. It's not totally negative, I just chose songs that fit my experiences. I wish you all luck with your lives & hope some of these songs can help you realize you're not alone. For me finding music that described how I felt/thought was therapeutic & gave me companionship, which is nice as mental health issues are isolating.
This stuff sucks, but most of the time I don't consider my feelings/thoughts something to be changed or removed- it's just how I am. Not that I wouldn't want to be "better"- just saying that this is how we are. Finding ways to cope with that can be difficult, but also revealing & rewarding. That's my spiel if you need support/just wanna chat hmu at I'm here for ya'll.
