or when I just want something quiet and calm to fall asleep to. 22 songs, small ballads, some a bit bigger.

you can just let the songs play or set up a sleep timer. I suggest a sleep timer. so if you think you'll fall asleep in 30 minutes, you can set it to that, and it will stop playing after 30 minutes.
the sleep timer is in settings.
