p.s. Also I know DRAMAtical Murder isn't an anime but it's a good soundtrack so it's there anyway :)

le petit portrait de cossette had a slamming soundtrack and so does Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHOLIC have great soundtracks as well

If you're looking for additional songs, Princess Tutu and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood both have really excellent soundtracks.
