Get Behind the Wheel

Notes

This workout is all about the hills." Why do we train for the hills? To weed out the weak!" When you're not on a steep hill you're on rolling hills. If you're on a bike - Rolling hills are all out at faster cadence 80-90 rpm. There is one resistance building thrown in on Track 9. Gradually increasing resistance while maintaining high cadence - 100 rpm. Track 12 is a hill sprint to finish off those legs followed by the final rolling hills. This is a race day workout. Enjoy!
