In just over a year, I went from 250 pounds to 139 by teaching myself about food and exercise. I listened to the radio while I worked out, and during that time found pop songs that I might have rejected before - but I fell in love with them because they kept me moving and striving. Whenever I hear them now, I become instantly happy and ready to sweat out my troubles. Here's a list of some of what I worked out to the most.
