I've been making year-end Best Of compilations since 2001. The cover art is my Top 12 albums of the year – and then the double-disc CD is a countdown of my favorite songs of the year (usually consisting of around 40 or so tracks).
Sometimes I'll edit the ends of songs to help make the transition between tracks smoother – in case you were wondering why some of the tracks are cut off at the beginning (they're not, they're at the end of the previous track). Enjoy.
