Bethany, glad you like the mix. A few months ago Blake Shelton, a contemporary, pop, country artists called the old country artists and their fans, "old farts and jackas**s...I made this mix in response to those comments. I love this music, the musicians and most of the fans of traditional country music...real country music.

Man, do I love this mix. It is full of songs my mom would listen to when i was growing up & I can just picture her dancing around & singing to them. Thank you so much for the memories.
