Before We Forget: Leftfield Disco from 1973-1983

Some rarer tunes that you're unlikely to find in the arsenal of any disco DJs, found while acquiring more mainstream material for gigs. Some, like "Think Twice" by Donald Byrd, come from jazz/funk records that borrowed heavily from disco grooves. Teddy Pendergrass's "When Somebody Loves You Back" is moreoften seen as R&B but has unmistakable disco elements, despite also being performed live (real live, not Top Of The Pops live). Peter Gordon & Love Of Life Orchestra open and close the set.
