At times it’s just simply too hard to remember all the lyrics to songs we fancy let alone start singing them out loud. Interestingly enough, studies on singing have suggested that the brain releases a “feel good” chemical called endorphins. Other research claims singing significantly reduces anxiety levels to help clear the mind.
