Is this playlist safe for work?



Jogging is one of them simple exercises and takes little to get ready for. Slide on them comfy sweats, tie up the runners and off you go...dont forget the tune pad. Question is whats the right amount jogging? Some studies claim moderate jogging at 75-130 minutes per week immensely elevates the production of the immune cells which are so vital in fighting off infections. Others say that an average 150lb person striding 15 minutes per mile may burn up to 300 calories each 30 minutes. So how fast does one jog? Well the dictionary definition of running is “to go steadily by springing steps so that both feet leave the ground for an instant in each step.” Both feet in the air at once, LOL.
