Whether active at the gym, running the home treadmill, cycling, or jogging, the goal is simply to stay healthy. Hey, why not, it’s the only body we have while we are here. Interesting enough, some fitness directors are of the opinion that momentum in fitness plays a key role in developing a powerful relationship between the body and mind over time. As with building any healthy partnerships, our bodies just don’t transform overnight even when the mind fires questions at the mirror each morning. As we know, fitness takes invested efforts, so whether it’s conducted slow or fast, continued momentum at any pace builds that solid footing. It’s only a matter of sticking with it consistently.
