It's okay to cry when you need to. Sadness needs to be felt as well. You deserve to feel whatever you need to feel to be able to become better soon. Until then, cry or frown or show your sadness and "get it out of your system." Don't avoid it.

The first few songs tug at my heartstrings and remind me that I can cry even when I fear that I may burden someone else with my emotions. The last few songs just keep me crying.
