In the late ‘80s, eight bodies were found along the Queen Anne Parkway – strangled, bruised, bloodied, dead, and the whole town of Elnora, Virginia was forced into their houses for weeks. By the time the one month “anniversary”, as the news reporters called it, rolled around, the residents of the town were back out into their world; some fearing for their lives, some embracing them.

Now in the year 2015 as summer is just halfway over, the residents, namely the younger ones, are in the same position as their parents just thirty years before: fearing for their lives or embracing them.
