'na linha do mar' can mean shoreline, waterfront, by the water, somewhere where you are able to see the line that divides the sea from the horizon... It is an old song sang by Clementina de Jesus and also Clara Nunes (both already dead)

I was thinking that was the meaning but wanted to ask. I enjoy the peaceful bliss of gazing out at the horizon on the water.
