I joined this site in 2013 and made this playlist in 2014 about a traumatic experiance I underwent sometime during 2012. Now, two years later after making the playlist and keeping it private, I no longer feel the shame I once felt so severely about having PTSD and have since begun therapy. This playlist is dedicated to all who suffer from PTSD, abuse and anxiety disorders.
Originally, this playlist only had 10 songs but I decided to add an 11th as a sort of closure for me and the playlist itself.
