I'm an amateur, Independent/underground rapper for now, from Malaysia. Even though Hip-hop is the genre i chose, it's not limited to that, i feel that music in itself is universal and each song speaks differently to everyone.
Therefore, i cannot be prejudice, while i do have my likes and dislikes with certain music, i do think that they have their place.
However though, i feel that music should convey a message, some are meaningless trite, but music is an expression of the mind, body and soul.
I do admit though, music have many complexity and aspects rather than one emotion, like the human psyche, therefore it should be explored and then be build upon .
