I couldn't tell you the name of the picture, found it on Google when searching for psychedelic art. As for the song, it is definitely 'For What It's Worth' by Buffalo Springfield. Good Morning Vietnam is a movie from the late 80s, starring Robin Williams, Jefferson Airplane never wrote a song titled Good Morning Vietnam nor are they (Jefferson Airplane) even on the soundtrack. Somebody gave it the wrong title on YouTube and just about anywhere else you find it.
