This is personally what works for me, and hopefully you beginners out there too! Also, apparently this is the best way to lose weight! So I hear anyway. :P Its mainstream and country, some new some old, and basically how it works is you get to run to the country songs, and walk to the rest. Great walking beats, keeps you right on time! Its well spaced out and should give you a whole hour of music, with 15-20 minutes of running in between. Featuring The Band Perry, Fergie and Pitbull!
