Wow! Blast from the past! My mom and dad lived there when they first got married, mid-60s; it was an apartment building and yes, they told me it was haunted. They would hear stomping up in the attic at various times even though it wasn't accessible to anyone (landlord had a lock on it). They said that rooms would get really cold very fast and then they would hear … noises. My late father had me take him down there in the late 90s and said it still spooked him.
