Is this playlist safe for work?

this is the playlist i spin to. i usually spin for around 60-100 minutes at a time to a selection of these songs.

i have routines for each one, nothing too creative, mostly sprinting or jumping at different cadences. if you're interested in my routines (for certain songs at least) then leave a comment. for example i sprint to young volcanoes & do jumps to i need your love, and intensity depends on what i feel up to.

this is also good for dancing around to if you're not doing vigorous exercise
