This playlist is dedicated to my companion for the past decade, a little Boxer pup named Tonks. She made me feel better in my bad times, which were plenty. I used to listen to the radio with her at night in my high school and early college years and my favorite station was a local college rock station. They played local rock, grunge, alternative, and metal from the 90's and on. She seemed to enjoy it because she got energetic whenever I turned it on. Unfortunately, the show I listened to was cancelled in 2011 and replaced with mainstream pop and hip hop. I still remember some of the songs they played so I made this playlist based on that. These songs always make me think of Tonks whenever I hear them.
