This mix was like pure depression in a playlist. It was so slow, languid and sad which is very fitting for the change that needs to take place when the Death card shows up. At first I was a bit worried it might be edging too much on the sad side of things though-- but then I heard Happy Phantom by Tori Amos, Who Wants To Live Forever by Queen and I Will Follow You Into The Dark by Death Cab For Cutie. These songs really tie in the less somber, more resigned and accepting challenge that the Death card poses. I have to say though, as good as this mix is and as much as I enjoyed it, I do miss when you used to end the mixes with Disney songs, heh. Very good job throughout though!
