tee hee, yes, it is the texas screw apparently. from https://www.cs.drexel.edu/~crorres/Archimedes/Screw/Applications.html. One of eight 12-ft.-diameter Archimedes screws used to handle rainstorm runoff in Texas City. thank you so much!! :)
