It started when Steve Rogers woke up 70 years into the future and found out that every one he knew was either dead or dying. It was supposed to have ended on that plane. It started in a bombed out bar in the middle of a war. It started on that train. Except he didn't know what "it" is or how to make it go away. Flash forward and it's 2014 and now he's chasing ghosts and still walking wounded.
