IN WHICH the faceless old woman living in Cecil's home has gotten tired of him humming to himself, and sighing while he washes and dries his plates after a dinner for one. One night, he opens his computer to find a new playlist, flops on his bed and listens. Laughs. Dreams of the perfect man with the perfect hair and realizes that he really has become something like the sludge that is currently gathering in front of city hall.
