Rowena Ravenclaw recognised how much power resides in the accumulation of knowledge. With this simple belief, she laid the foundations of Ravenclaw House - the House in which you are now an integral part of!

Now, I know some first year students are quite nervous about being sorted into Ravenclaw. You may not believe that you are clever enough, creative enough, or distinctive enough to grace our House. Trust me when I say - you are. You really, truly are. Cleverness, wisdom and creativity all have so many faces; they come in so many varied shapes and sizes - and we accept them all. We accept you too - for all that you are!
