1. Find space where you can be alone
2. Sit on floor (preferably something soft.
3. Light incense, candle ect..
4. Set timer for 10 minutes
5. Cross legs and close eyes
6. Think of nothing but your breathing (harder than you think)

Great first track but went downhill after that imho. Not sure why you kept throwing in massive genre changes... I gave up eventually and put some more mellow d&b on :)
