After barely escaping Miami a tragic gay teen goth, Derek Marks lived in the mountains of North Carolina, Albuquerque, and Seattle until settling in NYC. While studying illustration at FIT and dabbling as a synth player in a darkwave parody band, he took a freelance job at a photo agency and has worked as a producer, then agent, ever since. He spends his free time drawing comics and talking trash to his would-be supermodel cat, Cosmo.
