Not saying I don't like it, It's just the name is misleading.
Some suggestions:
"2nd Millenium radio"
"I have only a vague idea of what Indie is"
"Early millenium hits"

Basically, if it's on the radio, there's about a 5% chance it hasn't been snatched up by a huge label. It's just really hard to do it on your own. Some of these are exceptions though. And there are many dating back to motown times.
