Hell hath no fury like me when Panic! fans treat Ryan like they do. He's always either an asshole who left the band and hurt everyone's feelings or just Brendons clandestine lover. So many don't give a shit that his dad was abusive, his mom was a flake, he was an addict, and he was/is depressed. Ryan is my fucking hero. He's the reason I kept writting after my dad told me it made me a "fag", he taught me that we are not out past, that even if you feel like you swallowed the sun you can still press on and on and on until you get to a place where you can sleep and rest at the same time.
