My reconstruction of the KGB Top 100 countdown of 1968, as played by that San Diego radio station at the end of that year.
This list was played three times almost back-to-back for three consecutive days, starting at noon on 12-30-1968 and ending on 1-1-1969.
Due to 8tracks constraints I had to split this list into two parts. Part 2 covers the countdown from song #50 through song #1.
Many thanks to Kris Pruski Wood for posting an original copy of KGB's song list online--I'd been seeking this list for years!
I've tried to include only short versions here, in order to more closely match the versions that were actually played in the countdown.
