yay i finally finished this!!!!! yes it takes me that long but I WANTED TO THANK U FOR INTRODUCING ME TO THE YEAH YEAH YEAHS cause i listened to this a lot in switzerland and now it's like. my vacation music! the music is really good

i am obviously severely offended at the inclusions by the national but a lot of is this is really painful; I know you said post ME2 but the verse in young liars about 'Fucking for fear of not wanting/To fear again' reminds me of the interlude b/t me1+2 and the desperate semi-secret sex and that is a low blow god, i especially love the titular song and WITHOUT A FOCUS, WOW, MUST YOU REALLY!!!! it's such a great look at kaidan after coming back on the Normandy and now i am again, upset, because i am picturing him just constantly making a concentrated effort to not necessarily move on but like, manage it, and this is especially sad for me cause I didn't romance him then so he basically has to come to terms with it himself and marry someone he doesn't love as much okay sorry this is cruel. on a happier note I love the sincerity of the lyrics in 'night' and 'skeleton' and just in general this has a really good space-y~ vibe but also indie sadness. i'm not speaking about how 'wait' makes me feel, demoness, except saying it's one of the few songs that really makes me think shep POV and it's like a quiet of sincere affection and encouragement stripped of any grudges/miscommunication which is a LOT cause i always see them eternally struggling to find those moments because there is so much unsaid or said badly. i will stop myself now
