Seeing that we're huge fans of Lynch's work, you guys pay us an enormous compliment - thank you so much! Our dark and noisy debut LP will be out in the first half of 2011.
Anyway, I dig your mix, cat_dentures! Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth is just about the only growl I care to listen to these days, but BOY is he good...

Yeah, I'm not too big on the growls either, but love the progressions in their songs + the clean vocals so I just stick with it. You'd probably enjoy the Damnation album the best since none of the tracks have any screaming in them.
