Notes
some epic and calm tunes for rediscovering the Tolstoy's war-and-peace epoch. at the same time one more classical selection of mostly romantic and russian composers including Franz Liszt, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Sergei Rachmaninoff.

Thank you for all your cultural sharings. It is important for each ignorant (in my case, ignorant about music) to find a good source, and you are surely one. It is a nourishment for the mind to listen such masterpieces while studying or just to contemplate them. Thank you.

Not to be obnoxious, but the Tchaikovsky one to which I think leonardo is referring (the 4th on playlist) is the Pas de Deux in the Nutcracker. Just to help you find the specific piece! It's one of my all time faves, so wonderful!

it's ok, it might be Pas de Deux! perfectly know this tune, but I imagined that Swan Lake could be one of the pieces that catched the idea of this mix. agree with you, thanks!

The Kreutzer Sonata begs to be made into a playlist
⃠ching#1337 was here75 plus September 19, 2012
thanks for this! really, Kreutzer Sonata needs to be here. and Leoš Janáček is one of my favorite composers. it's а pity that this piece has low bitrate.
