This is exactly what I needed, too. My best friend texted me after eight years of me giving everything to her to tell me that she didn't want to be friends with me because she's embarrassed of me. She's burning bridges of her past that I can't understand, especially since I gave her my family, my time, my advice. To be dropped like I didn't mean a damn thing sucks.
She's the one that introduced me to Real Friends, but I've Given Up on You is the song I sing to remember that if she doesn't want to be my friend anymore, I still gotta get back up.
