Say what you want about the über producer (kinda full of himself at times, former half-crazy reality show participant), but he's a brilliant producer, pianist, arranger and songwriter who's helped other singers and bands. As a songwriter he's helped them reach their potential by fine tuning their compositions and turning them into hits. As a producer he's refined and retooled their approach to reach maximum potential.
