Relax and remember to breathe, stretch and maybe go for a walk between subjects (nature walks have proven to help your memory). I've listened to so many other instrumental playlists on this site, yet this is always the one I come back to. It has a great mix and sets the perfect atmosphere for studying, relaxing, walking and reading. I never feel the need to skip any song, it's so perfect.

I've been having the worst day, and then I read the description of your playlist and immediately felt better. You just exude positivity and happiness. I wish I could be more like that. @mlle_thenardier Don't worry your pretty mind, we all have bad days and as positive as I can be, I'm human and have them as well! The trick is to take a deep breathe and concentrate on what you can control now. :) I appreciate all your kind words - it's comments like yours that give me a reason to keep pursuing that attitude even on dreary days.
