I'm currently rehabbing from knee surgery... It's very easy to give up, give in to the laziness now that I've been out of action for 11 months.. but this mix, especially those speeches, is just what I need to get me off my ass and carry on working out so I can get back in to shape for football... Great mix! Wish I could find those speeches!
