This is the third of a series of playlists dedicated to the radio stations that flourished in my hometown during my youth. This was THE Top 40 station in the era. As you can tell by the images I've used I associate it most with my elementary school years. WTAC was lost as the public became more genre oriented and WWCK 105 FM began to whittle away at their listening base among rock listeners. It switched to Country for a short time in the early 80's then became a Christian formatted station.
