Notes
A mostly sparse, dissonant, jazzy affair that cobbles together versions of standards that I have only recently heard (but already appreciate greatly), and melancholy gems that -- it seems -- have never been afforded the attention they deserve in 60-odd years of existence.
As is usual for my jazz playlists, nothing is from later than 1965, nor are any of the songs conceivably upbeat.
