This can be a Sam and Dean mix or a Sam/Dean mix whichever floats your ship.
This works in a sort of chronological order, I've added annotations for anyone interested.
It can also be listened without knowing what the hell I'm talking about!

I never thought that I Will Follow You Into the Dark was perfect as well for Dean and Sam, this is extremely precious
My grief goes out to the annotations because either 8tracks is acting funny or they didnt make it, I wish I could have read them :(
