I have this head canon where, after Bucky moves into the tower, he finds he enjoys mash-ups and remixes. He starts making his own with some of his favourite songs (all from Steve's "to-do" list). Eventually Tony helps him with the equipment and such and Clint gives him feedback, then everyone in the tower asks him to make them available for download. Thrilled, Buck decides to make this EP for them.
