This is a tribute to the master, Hoagy Carmichael, a composer, pianist, singer, actor, and bandleader. He is best known for composing several of the most-recorded American songs of all time!.Carmichael said he admired the writing of Bix Beiderbecke so much that I didn't want to quit until he wrote something that was like something Bix might have liked. George Harrison recorded two of Carmichael's songs for his 1981 LP Somewhere in England. Enjoy these artists' renditions as well as some by the master!
