Living with a messed up brain is freaking HARD but I wanted to share with you the one thing that has truly helped me, which is Jesus. Once again, I'm not pressing my religion on you or anything just trying to help a fellow neurodivergent. This is just the one thing that has truly helped me, so maybe try it out? You won't be disappointed.
