The only good thing is that most of the Decepticons have been there before, and Decepticons know how to rebuild.

Unfortunately not, though I should really write it up one day. This idea is actually based on one of many long-standing LARP (live-action roleplay) sessions.
If I ever get around to writing it up, I'll link it in the description though.
