In an anonymous city in middle America a group of cyclists form a vigilante group to counter the increased rise in car-on-cyclist violence. Initially limiting their attacks to drivers who demonstrate blatantly irresponsible behaviour, the violence soon cycles out of control, leading to all-out war between cars and bikes.
