Vinny is an outcast among her spell-casting friends because she can use magic naturally but is a terrible student of the Craft. Tempted by her familiar, she uses a stolen spell to leave earth and visit a magic world of other natural magicians. Her unauthorized presence in the magic world is dangerous enough to destroy both worlds, yet she's the only way to save both worlds.
