I must admit, I was initially drawn into the mix by wondering which Bloc Party track somebody put on a "go-to-sleep" mix. I think there are a few tracks that are a little too upbeat for that particular purpose, but the overall effect is really good for lying in bed and zoning out to. All in all, it's a great mix. And I really dig the Bonobo tracks.
