ahh sorry to be nitpicky about this awesome mix but danse macabre is by Saint-Saens not Liszt!

oh, it's absolutely ok! thanks for this correction. really, hypnotic Danse Macabre is by Camille Saint-Saëns http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyknBTm_YyM ;)

Epic classical selection, indeed!
⃠Was very amused to find the outsider Hauschka among other contemporary classical musicians ☺and it was nice to hear Claudio Abbado conducting the wonderful last tune :). Merci !

yeah, you're absolutely right! Hauschka is a little knocked out from overall line of well-famous composers, but his track is like a link between "epic waves". thus this tune has own hidden epic side ;)
thanks that you mentioned great conductor Claudio Abbado (I'm sure you listened to his enchanting conducting in Bizet's Carmen )! you're an ideal listener! thanks for such careful listening.
*I think it'll be one more epic classical collection (3rd part) in the nearest future and the circle will be completed.
